LR Fitness offers a variety of classes to suit your specific needs.

LR HIIT FIT
45 minute circuits or whole class led workout session focusing on building strength and cardio fitness. For all ladies and fitness levels. Postpartum women must be at least 6-8* weeks pp. Children very welcome to come and play/socialise in the playzone.
Free trial for your first session.
LR Tough Fit
45 minute workout session where we really take your fitness to the next level. These alternate between Boxercise, circuits or a combination of both. We build strength and cardio by incorporating free weights, slam balls, battle ropes, boxing and so much more.
LR Fit PT
One to one or small group training (max 4 ladies). Providing specific training for your own personal fitness goals. These are a great way to really focus on yourself and your specific fitness journey, with on hand advice and support throughout. These sessions are set in my own private garden or Indoor studio.
LR Fit RE-SET
A 6 week plan to build healthy nutrition and movement habits to build a fitter and stronger future.

LR Fit Virtual
Online sessions taught through my private Facebook platform. Each week there will be three different workouts to choose from either live or on catch up at a time that suits you. Each session will have a different focus to really build your strength and fitness levels with 45min, 30min and 20min workouts weekly so there really is an option for everyone.
Low and high impact options available throughout. These sessions are suitable for all women at every stage of life and fitness whether you are a mum or not.
New mum? You can join from 6-10 weeks postpartum as I provide modifications throughout which makes it suitable for many postpartum issues and ensures each workout is suitable for each and everyone of you.
LR Fit Bumps
Starting in 2022! Exercise classes designed to not only keep you fit and healthy at each stage of pregnancy, but also help prepare you for birth, labour and motherhood. A 45 min virtual class taught through Zoom and Facebook Live involving circuit based exercises for the whole body, including core and pelvic floor strengthening. Available for pregnant women from 14 weeks gestation until birth. Zoom links available for you to do as many times you like and at a time that suits you.
Cost: £20 per month
